How can I get access?

Currently there is no definitive answer, as the beta goes on there will be a way to join the beta. For now register an account, as the older your account is the more likely you are to get closed beta access.

If you help us with any of these you are more likely to get closed beta access and or cool perks when 4.0 releases.
